Certification programs vary widely in cost, quality, requirements, and employer recognition. ECMI plans to help participants compare options, understand prerequisites, locate funding resources, and stay organized through enrollment and study.

Workplace communication, business software, administrative support, customer service, and related entry-level credentials.

Food-handler, food-manager, first-aid, CPR, workplace-safety, and other role-specific requirements offered by authorized providers.
